About the conference
The International Conference on Countering Crimes Committed through the Use of ICTs “ICT-Crime 2026” was held in St. Petersburg from July 23 to 25, 2026.

The key areas of the Conference's work were the prevention, detection, suppression, and investigation of crimes committed through the Use of ICTs; the improvement of international cooperation mechanisms and legal regulation in the field of countering ICT-crimes; and the development of practices for the detection, prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes related to the illegal use of personal data.

The event was a major international platform that brought together representatives from 29 countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Vietnam, Guinea-Bissau, Egypt, Zimbabwe, India, Kazakhstan, Qatar, Kenya, China, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Madagascar, Mozambique, Nepal, Nicaragua, Nigeria, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Rwanda, the Central African Republic, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, and Uzbekistan.

The Conference was also attended by delegations from five international organizations — the UN, CICA, SCO, CIS, and CSTO, as well as representatives of the Russian federal authorities, the business community, academia, and civil society.

The Conference was organized by the Interagency Organising Committee, which included representatives of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Federal Security Service of Russia, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia, and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia.

The event's partners in 2026 were SBER, Softline, Positive Technologies, Kaspersky, Russian Robotics, RWB, ARENADATA, MKOsystems, and LAN Project.
